Uncategorized The NYC FARE Act: The Fairness in Apartment Rental Expenses Effective June 11, 2025. This Law prohibits Landlords from passing Brokers Fees onto the Tenants. The Landlord will be responsible for paying the Brokers Fees. The Tenants will not be responsible to pay them as a condition of signing a lease.
